MONDAY

BREAKFAST: Overnight Oats- Trader Joe’s Organic Rolled Oats with Ancient Grains and Seeds, Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk, Honey, Dried Cranberries, 1/4 of a Banana, and Peanut Butter
PACKED SCHOOL LUNCH: Pepperoni, String cheese, Sliced cucumbers, blueberries
AFTER SCHOOL SNACK: Purely Elizabeth Chocolate Sea Salt granola, strawberries, dollop of Peanut Butter
DINNER: Tacos- blue corn tortilla hard shells, black beans, romaine lettuce, tomatoes, pickled red onion, sour cream, salsa, avocado, shredded cheese

TUESDAY

BREAKFAST: scrambled eggs, chicken sausage links
PACKED SCHOOL LUNCH: Grilled chicken, pita chips with taziki sauce, grapes, chocolate covered almonds
AFTER SCHOOL SNACK: Sliced apples with almond butter
DINNER: Spaghetti with turkey meatballs

WEDNESDAY

BREAKFAST: Breakfast burritos
PACKED SCHOOL LUNCH: Pork dumplings, sliced cucumbers, red grapes, dark chocolate covered pretzels
AFTER SCHOOL SNACK: Trader Joe’s pumpkin bar
DINNER: Sausage sautéed with spinach and mushrooms and served with roasted onions and peppers

THURSDAY

BREAKFAST: Pumpkin muffins, berries, pear slices
PACKED SCHOOL LUNCH: Everything bagel with cream cheese and cucumbers, apple slices, pretzels
AFTER SCHOOL SNACK: Peanut butter and jam toast
DINNER: Black bean and cheese quesadillas. tomato and avocado salad

FRIDAY

BREAKFAST: Yogurt bowls- whole milk vanilla yogurt, pistachios, fresh sliced figs
PACKED SCHOOL LUNCH: Leftover sausage and veggies from Wednesday’s dinner, berries, chocolate peanut butter cups
DINNER: Homemade pizza night- Extra Crispy Tortilla Cast iron Pizza
